Sorbent boom can be deployed in a site to contain and clean oil. Booms should multilayer-deployed in high current to effectively contain oil spill.
The sorbent boom can absorbs some water when on water for a long time so as to have a little more draft. When encountering oil, the boom can absorb oil and replace water.
