Since April 2011, our research department has been addressing the serious issues of stickiness, leakage, and loss that occurred during the unloading operations of nickel ore, typical of materials such as bauxite and clay with high viscosity. In October 2011, we successfully developed the first batch of 2 units of 25-ton special nickel ore grabs. These grabs were subsequently put into trial use at Dongtai Company in Liandong Port and Company One in Yingkou Port, receiving high praise.

From 2011 to the present, we have supplied over 300 multi-purpose nickel ore grabs to port terminals, effectively solving the handling challenges of sticky materials at ports and earning positive feedback from customers.

How to choose a suitable size of Nickel Mine Mechanical Grab Bucket?

2. confirm the bucket capacity according to density of loading material.

Model DMG-N-2-xt-ym3 means DEYUAN MARINE brand, MG means Mechanical type Grab Bucket, N refers to Nickel Mine, 2 means Clamshell, xt-ym3 means corresponding x tons Crane Load and y cubic meters of bucket capacity.
