Introduction of Pipe Floater
The outer shell of the seawater pipeline Floater is made of medium-density polyethylene with high extrusion strength and excellent toughness, supplemented by anti-corrosion and anti-aging materials. After rotational molding, it is filled with high-strength polyurethane foam plastic foaming treatment to produce the product. The plastic shell is filled with high-strength and high-buoyancy polyurethane foam material. Anti-ultraviolet substances are also added to the resin. It has sufficient toughness and hardness, can withstand natural environmental changes and low temperature invasion, will not pollute water quality, and can be recycled and reused. The entire buoy is seamlessly molded in one step; it has a reasonable structure and excellent performance. As a floating material for water mud discharge pipes, it has become an alternative to traditional steel buoys.
This product has been tested by UL-94HB flame test of 746C level, and it has good weather resistance and impact resistance. It can withstand the damage caused by wave impact, freezing, ship collision, etc., and is not corroded by oil, chemicals, etc. The surface of the simplified body adopts a mesh design, which is non-slip, safe and stable. The four sides have high density and strong support, and can load 350kg per square meter. It can work normally at temperatures from -60℃ to ≤80℃.
