Unlike conventional extruders that rely on expensive, pre-manufactured welding rods, the Granules Extrusion Welder features a hopper-fed granule system. Operators can pour bulk plastic granules directly into the integrated hopper, where they are fed into a precision heating chamber. This direct-feed mechanism allows for continuous operation without the need to frequently pause and replace welding rods, dramatically increasing productivity on large jobs.
The extrusion welding gun is the first plastic granules feeding barrel extrusion welding gun in China. It has the functions of base material and plastic granules bipolar independent heating, digital temperature control display, 360 °C rotatable welding nozzle, motor cold start protection. It is easy to operate, stable in performance, large in extrusion power, large in extrusion volume, and sustainable in welding. It is suitable for welding of PE, PP, PVC, PVDF and other hot melt plastics.
