Structure and working principles:

 

For KD diesel powered axially split pump, the inlet and oputlet are on the pump

pumpbody. while overhauling, it is only necessary to ift out the pump cover.

The rotor components can be moved for the overhauling work, rather than removing the pipeline. It is very convenient. According to the needs. The diesel engine can be at the left side and also at the right side. for theconvenience of installing on the site. Structurally, the axial dimension of the rotor components is shortened. the shaft has good rigidity, and the running is more stable and reliable. It is equipped with the pump body seal ring, while the impeller seal ring is the optional condition.

 

Working conditions: The allowable working pressure is 2.5 Mpa. According to the maximum pressure of the pump case, the matenals of the pump body and pump cover adopt the grey cast iron (1.6 Mpa), ductile cast iron (2.0Mpa), and cast steel (2.5 MPa), etc
