Product Introduction:
Our Marine High Viscosity Type Ellipse Gear Flowmeter is a precision positive displacement meter designed for accurate measurement of thick, viscous liquids in marine environments. It excels at handling heavy fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and other high-viscosity fluids commonly found aboard ships.
The flowmeter features an optimized elliptical gear mechanism with enlarged internal clearances and heavy-duty bearings, allowing smooth operation with viscosities up to 2000+ mPa·s. Harsh marine conditions are no challenge due to its corrosion-resistant stainless steel or Cast Iron housing, explosion-proof construction, and CCS type approval.
