Product Introduction:
The Marine Heavy Duty Hydraulic Transmission Devices are engineered to deliver superior performance, durability, and reliability in the most demanding maritime environments. Designed specifically for rigorous heavy-duty applications, this series has successfully obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, along with CCS (China Classification Society) and BV (Bureau Veritas) type approvals. This triple certification guarantees that our devices meet the highest international standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
To meet the diverse power and torque requirements of modern vessels, this heavy-duty lineup features five robust models: XHSC34.5, XHSC45, XHSC56, XHSC67, and XHSC79.
Key Technical Features:
1.High-Pressure & Heavy-Duty Operation: Built to withstand demanding workloads, the devices are permitted to operate under high pressure, with a maximum allowable casing pressure of 0.8 MPa (special customizations are available upon request).
2.Bidirectional Rotation: All units support bidirectional rotation, providing maximum flexibility for complex marine machinery. Specific rotation directions are detailed in the technical diagrams. If a reverse rotation is required compared to the standard diagram, it must be specified at the time of ordering.
3.Integrated Brake Options: Available in two configurations to suit various safety and operational needs: Without Brake and With Brake (internal installation).

Operating & Maintenance Specifications:
To ensure optimal performance and longevity in harsh marine environments, adhere to the following specifications:
1.Hydraulic Fluid: Recommended use of high-quality, anti-foaming, antioxidant mineral hydraulic oil.
2.Temperature Range: Ideal working oil temperature is 30°C to 50°C. The allowable operating range is -20°C to 80°C. When operating below 10°C, low pour-point hydraulic oil must be used.
3.Viscosity: Recommended viscosity is 40–60 cSt, with an allowable range of 5–300 cSt.
4.Filtration Precision: A recommended filtration precision of 25 μm or higher is required to prevent premature wear and ensure system reliability.
Installation & Application Guidelines：
1.Mounting: The transmission devices allow for installation in any direction. To guarantee proper lubrication of internal moving parts, the casing must be completely filled with hydraulic oil before operation. The drain pipe positioning must ensure the casing remains full of hydraulic oil during operation.
2.Distributor Installation: The inlet and outlet oil directions of the distributor can be rotated at intervals of 72 degrees to match the external mounting connection. Caution: When loosening the screws to rotate the distributor, take extreme care not to damage the sealing function of the flat O-ring.
3.Applications: These BV and CCS-certified heavy-duty devices are ideal for critical shipboard applications, including heavy winches, deck machinery, steering gears, and other high-torque hydraulic drive systems.
