FMS Type Ship Fuel Management System
Product Description
FMS Type Ship Fuel Management System
Product Introduction:
Ship fuel management system is mainly composed of mass flowmeter, level sensor, data acquisition & processing unit and computer intelligent management system. Apply for intellectualized comprehensive monitoring and management of ship fuel, and can control the fuel consumption of main and auxiliary engines at an ideal level, prevent abnormal consumption and save fuel cost. It can also be used by ship and onshore remote internet web platform for realize data exchange and information sharing between shore-based and vessel, ship fuel oil can be managed multipoint and synchronous.
Main Technical Specification:
| POWERSUPPLY | 220VAC / 24VDC |
| MEASUREMENTACCURACY | ±0.2%F.S |
| DATAREMOTETRANSMISSIO | SYNCHRONIZATION |
Technical Features:
1.Using high-precision mass flowmeter for fuel charging and fuel consumption accurate measurement, using liquid level sensor for fuel storage tank stock accurate measurement, integrated with industrial automation technology, measurement accuracy will more improve and calculation results are more accurate.
2.The system automatically collects the running signal and rotating speed signal of fuel consumption equipment such as main engine, auxiliary engine and so on, and deduces the theoretical fuel consumption according to the working condition curve of the equipment. Combined with actual fuel consumption and theoretical consumption parameters, equipment fuel consumption health management can be realized.
3.Combining the equipment actual fuel consumption parameters and the storage tank actual fuel consumption parameters, the abnormal fuel consumption management can be realized.
4.Shore based and ship terminal online:Using maritime satellite or 4G communication method and Internet technology, to synchronized shore-based control center and the ship-terminal online.
5.Auxiliary decision-making for fuel consumption economization:System integrated the results of historical navigation data analysis to provide the most economical fuel-assisted navigation strategy for the next voyage.
6.Midday report:System automatically generates midday reports at 12:00 p.m. every day and send out to each remote management platforms, the report including fuel consumption of equipment, fuel stock in storage tanks and running time of equipment over the past 24 hours.
7.Voyage Report:System automatically generates voyage reports at the end of voyage and send out to each remote management platforms, the report including fuel consumption of equipment, fuel stock in storage tanks, running time of equipment, voyage cycle and Voyage mileage over the past voyage.
