Product Introduction:
The explosion-proof hand chain hoist uses aluminum bronze and beryllium bronze as raw materials for its critical components. The hoist housing is made of H62 copper alloy. Its rotating gears undergo high-temperature heat treatment to achieve high wear resistance.
During operation, friction and impact between moving parts do not produce mechanical sparks, making the hoist safe for use in flammable and explosive environments where it will not ignite gases, effectively preventing fire accidents.
Working Principle:
By pulling the hand chain, the hand wheel begins to rotate. The friction disc, ratchet, and brake housing are pressed together and rotate as one unit. The five-tooth long shaft then drives the pin gear, the four-tooth short shaft, and the spline bore gear. As a result, the load chain wheel mounted on the spline bore gear drives the load chain to smoothly lift the heavy load.
