Technical Solution for a Non-Standard Offshore Application

Reaction tank systems used in offshore seawater service differ significantly from conventional cathodic protection applications. With enclosed structures and variable internal flow conditions, standard anode configurations are often unsuitable and require project-specific adaptation.


Drawing on its engineering experience in marine electrochemical systems, DEYUAN developed and supplied a copper and aluminum electrode system configured for MGPS / ICAF operation within a closed-loop seawater circuit. The system integrates controlled copper ion release with aluminum sacrificial elements, ensuring functional compatibility within a complex internal environment.


Engineering Precision Under Flow-Sensitive Conditions

Electrode performance in enclosed reaction tanks is highly sensitive to positioning. Even minor variations in spacing or alignment can affect system behavior under dynamic flow conditions.


DEYUAN executed the electrode layout in strict accordance with client specifications, while ensuring manufacturability and installation feasibility. This reflects the company’s ability to translate design intent into reliable physical components under real operating constraints.
