CCS Inspection of 50T R.O. Seawater Desalination Unit in Deyuan Marine

CCS inspector from China Classification Society came to our company to inspect the 50T water generator. This water generator was ordered by a customer from UAE.
During the inspection process, CCS inspectors carefully checked the structural strength of the water generator, seawater salinity, salinity of fresh water, pressure parameters, alarm settings, welding quality, overpressure and pressure relief and other details to ensure
that the product meets ICAS requirements.
After inspection, the 50T water generator produced by our company fully meets the requirements of CCS and ICAS rules, and the water quality and salinity produced are below 500ppm, which meets the general domestic water requirements. If customers need to meet drinking water standards, they need to install a secondary permeable membrane, and the water salinity is less than 15ppm.
