As per Single Point Mooring requirements, every tanker likely to trade with SPM's should be equipped with chain stoppers and fairleads--single point mooring pipe or single point mooring chocks.

JIS F2030-78  single point mooring pipe, sometime also call single point mooring chock or bow Chock, is the one  that designed for single point mooring(SPM) purpose.

These SPM mooring chocks are made from high quality carbon steel castings and comply with OCIMF requirements.
