Product Features


Constant tension cable management system, automatic retraction according to tension, cable tension value can be configured.


Intelligent fault alarm and monitoring system (slip ring temperature rise monitoring, motor overload, roll fault, torque normality,inverter failure, cable tension abnormality, etc.


The main components provide classcification society certificate, and the slip ring system has passed the authoritative CNAS third-inspection report.

Main components


Cable Reel

Reel size and type basis cable length and customer needs design, the type can be made into rolls disc or roll, surface spray marine anticorrosive paint.

Frequency converters

Control the forward rotation of the motor by means of a frequency converter, Reversal and rotational speed. Implement the cable's Control of retracting, releasing and speed


Motor+hysteresis coupling

Motor: Used to control the forward and reverse rotation of the reel.

Hysteresis coupling:Under normal circumstances,the speed of the motor is transmitted to the reducer.

When the rear end is stalled, it slips to prevent overloading the motor. When the motor does not work properly or the cable receives a pull force greater than the set value, the reel cable can be released to prevent the cable from being damaged by excessive force pulling off.


Reducer

Reduce the output speed and increase the output torque to meet the rear end equipment there is enough torque to turn.


Remote Control

Wired remote control; Wireless remote control. The ope rator can remotely operate the cable frame, from the side of the boat and cable retraction/discharge. It also has an emergency stop button.


Cable rack

It is divided into hydraulic type and hand-cranked type.

Function: Cable transfer to the outboard of the ship, with multi-roller, to prevent friction damage between

the cable and the broadside, the structural design meets the requirements the bend radius of the cable is req uired. When mooring, it is low ered to the side of the ship outside, not in use or retracted when sailing.

Pulse counter

Control box

The control box is floor-mounted. Made of 316L stainless steel plate made, thickness 3mm.
