ISO 17357 Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders are the most popular ship collision avoidance device in the world today. The Yokohama rubber fender produced by our factory adopts integrated winding technology, Pneumatic Rubber Fender is used in the production of high-strength airbags. Because the entire airbag has no joints, the Pneumatic  Marine Rubber Fender impact strength and fatigue cycle times are greatly improved.


The rubber boat fender body is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing cord layer, and an outer rubber layer. In marine boat rubber fender vulcanizing furnace, the three layers of material are bonded together over a period of time by hot pressing. Once completed, the Yokohama marine rubber fender is released before the stress test. In order to provide maximum strength and safety, the ship rubber fender outer surface of the submarine shield is thicker than the ordinary surface shield. The inflatable boat rubber fender outer skin rubber compound is designed and manufactured to withstand severe use and severe weather. While protecting the rope layer and the internal rubber, the rope layers are arranged at an optimal angle and are designed to be completely sealed.
