Gantry crane mainly consist of cylindrical wheels, the buffer, block brakes, wire rope, lifting hook, the driver room, reducer, casting pulley, casting reel, motor, electronic control equipment etc. Gantry crane have two different type, that is single girder gantry crane and double girder gantry crane, Single girder gantry crane is with simple structure, easy to manufacture and install, and light weight. compared with double girder gantry crane, the overall stiffness is weaker. Double girder gantry crane with big lifting capacity, large span, the overall stability is good, it is variety,high lifting altitude, multi function and high efficiency, and its own quality is better than same weight single girder gantry crane, compared to the single dirder gantry crane the cost is higher.
